This is a map of the Hualien Airport area showing the provincial and county highways. Travelers coming from Yilan can reach the airport in the following way: From the Suao-Hualien (“Su-Hua”) Highway, turn right into the 9th Provincial Highway. Upon reaching Sincheng Township in Hualien County, turn left at the Triangle Park before the 805 Military General Hospital; Travelers driving northwards from Taitung should follow the 9th Provincial Highway. Continue past the intersection with Jhongyang Rd. in Hualien City then turn right about 1km onwards at the service station to enter the airport.
