To provide passengers with friendly and high quality services, Hualien Airport sets up information desks on both the 1F and 2F. The 2-story high waterfall landscape surrounded by a cozy café, local specialty shops, and an exhibition area provides tourists with a wonderful green atmosphere. To facilitate passengers during their trip, life insurance counters, telephone services, ATMs, and mail boxes are also available.
To raise awareness for the government's Energy Saving &Carbon Reduction policy, bike racks and a rest area for bicyclists have been set up and tourists are encouraged to make use of them.
